What we're building

Our projects have always depended heavily on the know-how of expert partners, especially providers of SaaS, PaaS and the models that preceded them. When that knowledge doesn't transfer well, every project downstream pays the price. That pattern is our reason for building Ariadne-CS.

CS teams mainly operate with two channels: documentation (static, generic) and live conversations (customized, contextual, but hard to reuse at scale). The most valuable guidance a CS team produces—the specific, proven, context-aware kind in actual exchanges—stays locked in individual conversations.

Ariadne is a shared instruction workspace between companies and their customers. Instructions are customized to each customer's context, updated as they progress, and scored by whether they actually worked.
